Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Please read before subscribing.

How We Work

See it before you commit.

We build your website before you pay anything. You receive a live preview within 72 hours. If it isn't right, you walk away at zero cost. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions once you've chosen to subscribe — you saw the product and said yes. If you change your mind later, you cancel and billing stops.

Monthly Subscriptions — No Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. You may cancel at any time; billing stops at the end of your current month, and the site remains live until that date. We do not retroactively refund previous months or the current month.

Why: our preview-first model means you evaluated the exact product before committing. There is no "buyer's remorse" window because the product was transparent before purchase.

Annual Subscriptions — Pro-Rated Refund on Cancellation

If you subscribed annually and cancel before the end of your year, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription, pro-rated by the number of full months remaining in your subscription period. This courtesy applies because annual subscribers commit longer up-front and deserve flexibility if circumstances change.

The current month is not refunded. Partial-month fractions are not refunded.

How to Cancel

Two ways:

For annual cancellations requesting a pro-rated refund, we will confirm the refund amount in writing before processing.

Processing Time

Pro-rated refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once initiated, funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in exceptional circumstances — for example, if we materially fail to deliver the service as described in the Terms of Service. Such refunds are not a right and are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve concerns directly. Please email us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — in most cases we resolve questions within 48 hours, and keep the record clean on both sides. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and recovery action.
